The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Mohammed Takala, has discussed with the Algerian ambassador to Libya, Suleiman Shannin, ways to strengthen efforts to hold parliamentary and presidential elections as soon as possible.
The Algerian ambassador congratulated Takala on assuming his position, reviewing political developments, according to the HCS media office.
